Today as a Trainer or Business Coach , I train my client for business or business related subject. They follow that and get success too. But when I watched this Movie... it was so heart touching , I found many flaws , which all commercial trainer or coach do while giving training. All trainers only try to chsnge your behavior or attitude but noone has dare to change your brain or mind. Because they don't want to challenge feeling. I found real heroic Teacher Meaning by this movie. I got inspired by this movie and as a trainer I learnt many things from this movie.

✏ Trainer , Coach , Consultant , Counselor , Mentor ,all are teachers first then with other commercial designation.
✏ In this Education Field We all should focus on result not on Commercial. If we think for fees result will be lessened.
✏ This profession is public image profession. Its very Holy profession. People should feel you as their biggest support system.
✏When ever your client or student needs your help , actively or passively , directly or indirectly , knowingly or unknowingly You should help him or guide him.
✏Its Profession of Giving , how much is given , it can't be accountable... matter is this how much you save him from problems or obstacles.
✏ Real Trainer should be hardcore Teacher, he should not train your brain , he must read your feeling and put right impression on your #Soul and train your mind.
✏ Students or clients are not bad... but Trainers or teachers are bad... because of their wrong guidance they will not get punished but any student or client can be affected... so think 100 times and before you suggest anything.
✏ If you train your client or student for prefect. They will be defected piece. Try to train your client or student to deal with defeat and perfection will come out automatically like squeezed #orange juice from orange fruit.
✏ Every success you need guide or mentor. So find right guide.
✏ Real learning starts from realistic action and handling of rection.
✏ Try to find your biggest fear and accept it... challenge it ... drag it.. and release it
✏ Be humble and honest with students or clients ... don't fake it for MONEY... because they consider you as a #Guru... Guru is bigger than God. So be responsible for this respective profession.
✏ Follow your passion so you can complete your dream.
